Booking terms & Conditions 

• You are aware that climbing is at your own risk.

• Be prepared to show identification when climbing. It is enough that one person in the party over the age of 18 can provide identification, and then it is that person who is responsible for those who are under the age of 18.

• By accepting these terms and conditions of purchase, a binding agreement is created. When a booking is received, a booking confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail with information about your booked climb.

• In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you must agree to us registering your data. You have the right to have the data deleted.

• We follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations in the event of a dispute.

Booking rules:

 

We do not make refunds for booked products. If you choose the rebooking option, you can rebook your climb up to 8 hours before the time starts. Exceptions are made for thunder or other circumstances that can make the climb dangerous.

• We ask our climbers to be 15 minutes before your start time so you can sign our participation waiver and make sure you are ready for your start time. If you arrive after your booked start time, you will have to wait until the next start time begins (subject to space)

•In the event of an incorrect booking, contact us, and we can rectify it.

•Purchases are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). Everyone who climbs in our park must fill in our participation conditions where you confirm that you:

•Weighs under 120 kg.

•Is sober and not under the influence of drugs.

•Has participated in the safety briefing before the climb

•Follows the park’s rules

•Not pregnant (If pregnant, you do so at your own risk)

All prices include VAT.

14 days right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases.

Purchases are made in Swedish kronor (SEK).
